Introduction

Hi, I started making a website a while ago and was going to do it in PHP just to reacquaint myself with it but found it difficult to install easyPHP on my laptop.
I don't know whether there was some conflicts with the IIS7 and the .NET Studio I have installed but it mentioned something about the port being used and I couldn't rectify the problem so there was no easy way to test that the PHP pages were working without uploading them here and checking which was combersome, also if I edited them on 110mb it kept adding unwanted HTML into the files, maybe I've missed something but i'm doing everything in (X)HTML now instead.

This has given me the chance to test my CSS and Javascript which is good fun :)

I also have another site that I don't get much chance working on as I develop with my bro's Mac, maybe I should get myself a Mac???

As you may have noticed there are some coloured blocks at the top right hand corner of this page, it's a theme switcher I'm working on, atm it doesn't change much on the page but has the potential to change a lot, just slowly working my way into it, get the basics done then add to it!
